溝	溝口唯嗣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今は二代目がお店を継いでいます。ある意味、息の長い和菓子店です。「巌」や「栗饅頭」「桃山」「最中」は先代から引き継がれた和菓子ですが新たな和菓子を楽しみにできるのも和菓子店が変わる必要の時代かな？令和初日にお赤飯を投稿しましたが新潟の銘柄米で美味しいです。(お祝い事に前もって注文することができます)和菓子は季節を楽しみ食するものと思いますこれからの季節「冷たく」して食すると口の中に広がる清涼感。なのでお店に行た時にある和菓子を楽しみ選んでみては？今はスーパー、コンビニに色々な和菓子がありますが昔からの和菓子処の味も良いものですね。(和菓子がなかなか食べれない時代に育ったからかな) ※基本、火曜日がお店の休業日です。 Now the second generation has taken over the store. The peanut butter mochi reminded me of a Mexican childhood snack. The green tea red bean mochi was exceptionally tasty.
