10:0で相手が悪く、車と怪我の損害に
ついて全て補償いただける状況でしたが
保険会社の男性担当者の対応がとても悪いです。最初は怪我を心配している言葉を言いつつ、しまいにはあまり通院されたくないような言葉尻を言われたり、まだ事故から1週間もたたない時に3ヶ月通院が続くと…と先の話をされて、とても威圧感を感じる対応が多々ありました。
通院交通費の手続きも遅く、あげく計算の間違い漏れがあり、わざとと感じる程の交通費の漏れで低く計算されていました。
こちらから指摘しなかったら、損していたんです。本当に怒り心頭です！
こちら被害者の立場なのに、保険会社の担当者に、なめられているのが感じました！
この保険会社は絶対に入りません！
