★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらを利用していました。１日30分のエクササイズは手軽で魅力的。苗字ではなく名前で呼ばれ、よく誉められるのも嬉しい。自分が何か特別な存在のように思えてくる。
たんぱく質が足りないとホエイプロテインを勧められる。運動のあと毎回飲みました。
飲み続けていくうちに体が痒くなってきた。
皮膚科で診て貰ったが、治らない。
アレルギー科のあるクリニックで話したら、プロテインで同じ症状の人がいたという。
カーブスをやめることを電話で伝えると、
「○○さん、やめちゃ駄目ですよ！病気の人だって来てますよ」
I used this before. Exercise 30 minutes a day is easy and attractive. I am glad that they are called well by their names, not their surnames. I feel like I'm something special.
Whey protein is recommended if you don't have enough protein. I drank every time after exercise.
My body became itchy as I continued to drink.
I got a medical examination from a dermatologist, but it didn't cure.
Speaking at a clinic with an allergic department, it was said that some people had the same symptoms of protein.
If you tell them by phone that you will stop curving,
"You can't stop, Mr. ○○! Even sick people come."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私にとってカーブスは元気を頂る場所です。今はコロナ禍である為皆さんと思う様にお話ができませんが運動をした後は身体が軽くなりリフレッシュできます。
今後も続けて行きたいと思います。
スタッフの皆さんにも優しく指導をして頂いています。
環境もきちんと整え感染対策もしっかりとしています。
カーブスが大好きです?
Curves is a place of energy for me. I can't talk as you think because I'm a corona sick now, but after exercising, my body becomes lighter and refreshed.
I would like to continue in the future.
The staff are also kindly instructing me.
The environment is well prepared and infection control measures are in place.
