吉	吉田卓矢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は現場の打ち上げですき焼きを食べました。写真にはないですが前菜としてヒレカツの小皿が付きます。流石、精肉店だけあってすごい刺しの入り方した肉が出てきました。写真は1.5人前位あります。牛肉のブランドまでは聞いていませんが、食べてみると臭みが全く無く、多少赤いくらいのレアで口に入れると旨味と共に程良く溶けていく食感が味わえました。〆にはうどんぎついてくるので量も十分ありました。やはりそれ以上に味で満足させてくれるお店でした。後日、昼食で伺いました。ロースカツ定食と豚もつ煮を注文。ロースカツは安定の美味さでした。豚もつ煮も豚とは思えないほどか臭みの無く、美味しかったです。 At first, I ate sukiyaki at the on-site launch.
