トンカツ・しゃぶしゃぶ等何でもウマいが、まずは、何と言っても名物のトンテキを食べてもらいたい。
味付けが濃いとの意見もあるが、ソースだけ食すとなるほどそうかも知れないが、豚の旨味と脂の甘みがソースの濃さをカバーし、絶妙なバランスとなるので全く無問題で、飯が進むこと請け合いだろう。

柔らかい豚肉の角煮がゴロゴロ❗
美味しかったです♡ でもちょっとボリュームが減ったような。。?
あと薬味が一味唐辛子しか無く、個人的にはカラシが欲しかったです?

大根おろしであっさり、肉は厚みがあり、しっかりとした噛みごたえあり、でも柔らかくて美味しかったです?
値段的には妥当かな。。ランチの豚肉の煮込み丼のコスパが凄いので、高く感じてしまいます?
ちょっと気になったのは、トイレの清掃がイマイチ。。厨房の人が立話をしてて、ありがとうございまたの挨拶無し。。残念?

想像を超える肉の量にびっくり‼️ 豚の角煮と言うか、肉の塊と言った方が合ってるかな？大量に丼に乗ってます?
しっかり煮込んであるので、箸でも軽くちぎれます。美味しかった? お腹もいっぱい?

ランチの豚肉とキャベツの味噌炒め¥880-を注文。厚めの豚肉だが、見た目的にも肉が少ない。味噌炒めだが味も薄い。トンカツの様に不味い訳では無いが、この界隈のランチとしてはボリュームが少なくコスパは悪い。やはりこの店は、火曜金曜日限定の豚の煮込み丼がコスパ、味的にも良いかな。
令和2年1月再追加。
以前不味かったロースカツ丼を注文。一口目から衣が苦くて不味い。揚げ油が古くなっている上に揚げ過ぎ。肉が不味いのではなくて調理が駄目。とじ卵も半熟と言うか生の方が多い。肉の量も他のメニューに比べると少ない。これで税込み¥1,100-は高過ぎる。お勧めしません。
令和2年1月追加。火曜と金曜日のランチ限定の豚肉の煮込み丼を注文。豚肉が角煮よりも更に軟らかに煮込まれていて、口の中でホロホロと崩れて、ボリュームも満点です。女性では食べきれないかも。初めはもう少し濃い味付けが良かったと思っていたけど、食べ進めると薄めの味付けで丁度良い感じ。肉を食べた!という満足感があります。これで税別¥700-はお得です。
令和元年12月追加。しょうが焼きセット税別¥900-を注文。豚肉はあらかじめ漬けダレか味噌に漬けて有る様な感じの色。不味い訳ではないけど生姜の辛さも相まって味が濃く塩っぱく感じ、自家養豚の豚肉の味はあまり無かった。セットの味噌汁も味噌が多過ぎて塩っぱかったです。
とんかつ、美味いの評価が多いようですが、自分の時は、揚油が古く酸化している上に揚げ過ぎで焦げ味もし、肉は赤身よりも脂身が多い肉で、旨味を感じられずにクドくて、まったく美味くありませんでした。さらに、千切りキャベツは水浸しで、とんかつの衣までビチャビチャでした。
安いとんかつチェーン店に完全に負けています。

January, 2nd year of Reiwa. Order a stewed pork bowl for lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays. Pork is stewed even softer than Kakuni, and it crumbles in the mouth, and the volume is perfect. It may not be eaten by women. At first, I thought that the flavor was a little bit stronger, but as I proceeded to eat, the flavor became lighter and just right. I am satisfied that I ate meat! With this, tax-free ¥700- is a good deal.
Added in December of the first year of Reiwa. Ginger grill set tax-excluded ¥900- ordered. Pork has a color that seems to be pre-pickled in a sauce or miso. It wasn't a bad taste, but the taste was thick and salty, coupled with the spiciness of ginger. The miso soup of the set was too salty due to too much miso.
It seems that tonkatsu and deliciousness are often evaluated, but at my own time, the deep-fried oil is old and oxidised, and it is too fried, and it is also scorched. It wasn't delicious at all. Furthermore, the shredded cabbage was soaked in water, and even the tonkatsu garments were messy.
It completely loses to cheap tonkatsu chain stores.

仕事で近辺に来てて、1番近いこちらに初めて伺いました
右も左も分からぬヨチヨチ歩き状態なので、注文前にメニューのサイズをお聞きした
中は150g程、大は200g程、デラックスは350g程
ロースカツ丼は150gより小さめ、ヒレカツ丼は小さめのが2枚
少し悩み、帰りも遅くなることからガッツリ目のデラックスを選択
写真の通り肉厚で25mm〜30mmはあろうかというこのサイズ感！口小さめなので開くか最初心配した程…
衣はしっかり目で揚げられており、そのため薄手ながらも表面はサックリとした食感で肉の食感を邪魔せず丁度良い！
とんかつをズラすと湯気がほわっと出てきて熱々で肉は柔らかく、噛むと肉汁がジュワっ！新鮮さもさることながら良い肉を使っていることが伺える
付け合せのキャベツとトマトも瑞々しくジューシー…とんかつの脂もスッキリ目で野菜と食べても美味しい
ソースは見た目ウスターっぽいけど、意外にトゲトゲしさもなくどちらかというとまろやかな味わいで豚の甘みがより引き立つ
この大きさで食べきれるかな？とも思ったが、気付いたらペロりと完食してしまっていた…やはり美味しい事はいいことだ
大食漢であればこのデラックスで丁度いいかもしれないが、女性であれば大以下にした方が良いかも？

The low cutlet bowl is smaller than 150g, and the fin cutlet bowl is two smaller

As you can see in the picture, the wall thickness is 25mm to 30mm. My mouth is small so I was worried about opening it ...
The batter is deep-fried, so it's thin but the surface is crispy and it's just right without disturbing the texture of the meat!
When you slide the pork cutlet, steam comes out softly and the meat is hot and tender, and when you chew it, the gravy is juicy! You can see that they use good meat as well as freshness.
The garnished cabbage and tomatoes are also fresh and juicy ... The pork cutlet fat is refreshing and delicious to eat with vegetables
The sauce looks like Worcestershire sauce, but it's not surprisingly spiky and has a rather mellow taste that makes the sweetness of the pork stand out more.
Can you eat this size? I also thought, but when I noticed it, I had eaten completely ... After all it is good that it is delicious
If you are a big eater, this deluxe may be just right, but if you are a woman, it may be better to make it less than large.

今回は日曜の19時頃に行きましたが、空いてました。
他にお客さんは2組程度。
毎回必ずとんしゃぶセット 1,000円を注文します。
肉厚なのに、とても柔らかく美味しいです。
コスパが抜群です。
これからも年に数回は必ず通う事になると思います。
店舗が昔ながらの定食屋のような外装・内装という部分で★4つですが、
個人的には限りなく★5つに近いです。
