ちなみに銅板に囲まれたファサードは一見の価値があり、建築家や建物好き、写真好きが必ずといってよいほど撮影している。上町近辺は大正から昭和にかけての和洋折衷の建物や意匠が多く、その代表的な場所といってよい。建物内部は立派な柱と格天井の伝統的な和風建築であり、価値が高い。
