店員の質が微妙。
サービスカウンターとセルフレジの並び順が同じなので
サービスカウンター待ちのお客さんに会計待ちのお客さんが混じってしまい、セルフレジが空いているのに行列ができます。
店員も誘導すれば良いのに気が利かないのか何もせず。
せめてサービスカウンター用、セルフレジ用と２列作れと。

イスラム教でジルバブを被っているため一目でわかります。
試着室を利用する際に店員から「何枚持ち込むのか？（3枚）」「試着中、買い物かごは試着室の外に置き、一枚ずつ着るように」との指示がありました。
他の日本人利用者はそのような指示を受けていませんでした。
私が外国人だから万引きすると考えているのでしょうか？
他の利用者からもジロジロ見られ、とても恥ずかしい思いをしました。
このような対応は人種差別的だと考えています。
店員に文句を言おうにも、日本語が堪能ではないため、すぐに言うことが出来ませんでした。
あとからその店員を探しましたが見つからず。
名前はわかりませんが、おばさんの店員でした。

衣料品店です。
コースカベイサイドストアーズの3階にあります。
ユニクロと同じ親会社のファーストリテイリング系列のお店ですが、ユニクロよりも価格が安いです。
凝ったデザインではなくシンプルで普段使いがしやすく、色づかないも単色が多いので、個人的にはユニクロより好きです。

It is a FAST RETAILING-affiliated store of the same parent company as UNIQLO, but the price is cheaper than UNIQLO.
