★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県北のローカルフードひたしそばのあるお店です。甘めの温かいつけ汁(ひたしにはもう少し味濃いめが良いかも)に油の多いかき揚げ(油は完全にきったほうが抜群に合うと…)が入って、薬味のネギを投入してもりそばを浸して食べるスタイルで、そばはどのメニューも太・細から選べるようです。漬物がとても美味しいです。

田舎蕎麦大盛りともつ煮を注文。
田舎蕎麦は食べ応えがあり、蕎麦湯も付けて頂きました。食感がとても良く、コスパ抜群です。白味噌のもつ煮は初めてでしたが臭みゼロで美味しかったです。あと、蕎麦以上にキュウリの漬物の美味しさにびっくり。美味しいキュウリで漬物つけるとこんなに美味いんですね。おかわり頼もうかちょい悩みましたw
それと、食事も良かったんですが、一番はスタッフの方のすごく温かい気遣いと対応です。東北に来て良かったと思えました。お店の雰囲気が心地良くてホント最高。また東北に向かうときは絶対行きます!

風味、食べ応えのある田舎蕎麦がおすすめです。
そして漬物が美味しい!漬物は行くたびに違うのでいつも楽しみです。ピンクのカブ?ビーツ?の漬物、最高でした。
かき揚げは、油切りされてない感じです。胃腸が弱い人にはキツいかな…
でも甘くて食感も良く、美味しかったです。
