元々新しく購入しないといけないなら修理しない予定だったが、一部の部品交換だけで大丈夫といわれたので依頼。
(本当に交換だけで大丈夫なのか2回確認した)
50分も待ち、取りに行くと新しく端末購入しろとのこと。
待った時間が無駄になるのが嫌で購入した。
修理してもダメだったものは仕方ないと思うが、それに対して一言ぐらい謝罪して欲しかった。

IPHON 11 PRO MAX の画面が壊れて全然使えないので、画面の部品の交換で店に来ました。
定員さんの対応はとても良いです。修理する前に、熱くご案内させて貰った。
又、修理時間もとても早い。画面だけ交換する時間は15分ぐらいかかった。
このIPHONは私にとってとても大切なものなので、修理できて本当に有難うございました。
今、僕のIPHON はほぼ新しい。
7万円を無駄にとして代わりに実際は４万円だけ、かかった。
