s	saory h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1歳の子どもの誕生日撮影で来させていただきました！最初はなかなか笑顔が出なくてどうしようかと思ったけど、スタッフの方が雰囲気に慣れるために待ってくれたり、こうするといい写真が撮れると良いアドバイスもいただきおかげで笑顔の写真をたくさん残すことができて私たち夫婦も大満足でした！とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。かわいい写真をたくさん撮っていただきありがとうございました(^^) I came here for the birthday of a 1 year old child! At first I thought it was difficult to smile and I thought about what to do, but the staff will wait for you to get used to the atmosphere, and if you do this you will get good advice and I will leave a lot of smiles thanks to good advice We were very satisfied with the couple! ひ	ひろひな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七五三の撮影で利用しました。全カット入りデーター購入がありますが、かなりいらない写真含む(後ろむきで顔がまったく写っていないショット)がたくさんあるので全データーはよほ当たりのカメラマンじゃないと無駄になります。衣装の乱れもそのまま撮影されていたり、前回は良かったので再来店しましたが、今回はビミョーでした。衣装はスタジオアリスのようにキャラクターふりふり系ばかりではなくシンプルなものや、デザインの凝ったもの、他ではないようなおしゃれな衣装が揃っていますので、記念日などの撮影はこちらでしています。大人っぽい衣装もあり年齢があがるほど良さそう。 I used it for shooting Shichigosan. I photographed 753 of my daughter, 2 years and 6 months old, but she was kind enough to give me a gentle explanation. All of them were good pictures for children with movement!
パ	パンだいすき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会計でチャージの残りがないと言われ、全額支払い帰るとやはり残りがあり。問い合わせると本社の方が出て、「PayPayで返金してほしいのですか？」っと言葉を失う対応。その後、店舗から折り返し電話があるにはありましたがワンコール、取る間なく切れました。。。返金手続きにわざわざ行ったにもかかわらず、いつまで経っても訂正されず、、、もう電話するのも嫌でメールで問い合わせたら何の連絡もなく指摘したように訂正しておしまい。お金のミスが相次いでるにも関わらず、何も連絡ないってどんなお店でしょうか。いままで息子と娘がずっとお世話になってきましたが、ミスの後のフォローが悪すぎて台無しです。私も仕事でミスをするのでミスをするなではなく、どう対応するかだと思うのですが。。。面倒くさいとしか思われなかったことが大変残念です。 I was told by the accounting that there was no charge left, and when I paid the full amount, I still had the rest. n	ne ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衣装の種類が少ない。ドレスの刺繍がほつれていたり、毛玉があったり装飾が取れかかっていたりと手入れが行き届いていない印象でした。スタッフさんの対応は丁寧でしたが、受付での料金説明は正直分かりづらかったです。また、狭い店内で走ったり他の撮影ブースを覗きに来る子を野放し。本来なら親が注意すべき事ではありますが、他の客の事を考えてスタッフさんから何かしらの声掛けをしていただきたかったです。店舗のモニターで見た時は思わなかったのですが、家に帰ってスマホで改めて写真を確認するとストロボが明るすぎるのかレタッチが極端なのか、かなり白飛びしていたり肌が不自然に青白かったりしていて自分でレタッチし直す必要がありました。全撮影画像プランにしなくても良かったかな‥レタッチ前のデータもあると良いですね。
や	やまさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い店内に客を詰め込みすぎだと思います。同じ時間帯に６組くらいは客が居たような。こちらで撮影する前に友達が、人が多くてバタバタしてて急かされて、全然落ち着けないからもう行きたくないと言ってた理由が分かりました。撮影している横を、他の家族がチラチラ見ながら通る...はっきり言って嫌です。男の子の髪のセットは下手でした。自分でやった方が良かったと後悔です。衣装と雰囲気はおしゃれなのに、客が多いから完全に流れ作業的な撮影なのはマイナスですね。入口で手の消毒はさせられますが、店内は消毒されてなさそうなので、心配です。 I think it's too crowded with customers in a small store.
