★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間が長い。薬剤師の数が少ない。コンシェルジュのおばさんがやたらにいて、ドリンクなどを勧められるが、全く不要なサービス。薬剤師が多い方がいい。薬の量が多いと2,3,人後回しにされたり、薬が無いと平気で言われる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年以上患ってる酷い慢性蕁麻疹で美容皮膚科でも処方されるものと同じ薬を処方されたら、薬剤師に「これは肝斑の薬なんですけど、、、」と言われ、遠回しとは言い難い言い方で、あたかもイカサマをして美容のための薬を貰っていますよね？と言う言い方をされました。
私も薬剤師をしていたので薬の知識はある程度ありますが、肝斑の薬は蕁麻疹の薬でもあります。知識不足の薬剤師にお金を払って疑われ、かつてないほどの不愉快な思いをしました。
こんな最低な薬局は初めてです。
そしてここまで知識のない薬剤師が国家試験を通ったのかと思うと、薬剤師全体のレベルが疑われてしまいかねないです。
こんな薬剤師に高額な支払いがされていると思うと、医療費の無駄としか思えません。
