もらうときに説明もありませんでした。
 It was changed to a generic drug of a different manufacturer from the generic drug of the manufacturer that I always use.
There was no explanation when I got it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜間などの連絡は(携帯直通でも寝ている？)なので、ちょっと厳しいですが、お薬の事を細かく聞いて下さって今は中々数が不足しているお薬でも手に入るので有り難い。
It's a little strict because I'm in contact at night (Is it sleeping even if I'm directly on my cell phone?), But I'm grateful that you can get the medicines that are currently in short supply after listening to the medicines in detail.
