★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建築・土木関係の人で荒い(雑な)人を時々見かけますが、ここの社長さんや職人さんは皆さん丁寧な方でした。古い京町屋の屋根の吹き替えでお世話になりましたが仕事もばっちりです。
I sometimes see rough (rough) people in architecture and civil engineering, but the president and craftsmen here were all polite. I took care of dubbing the roof of the old Kyomachiya, but my work is perfect.

他社と比べると、補修の提案がより積極的で的確だと感じました。こちらや他社が、気にしていなかったところを指摘してもらえたりしたことはありがたかった。また、建築士資格を持っている地元業者のため、景観条例や法知識があるので話がスムーズでした。
実際の工事は現場を確認しましたが、問題なく丁寧な施工でした。特に、気づきにくいような細いところにも手が入っていると感じました。
現場での資材管理や掃除もしっかりとされており総じて、とても良い印象です。
また、機会があればお願いしたいと思います。信頼できる業者さんです。
I requested the roof to be completely re-roofed and the wall to be repaired.
Compared to other companies, I felt that the repair proposal was more positive and accurate. I'm grateful that this and other companies pointed out things I didn't care about. Also, because I am a local contractor with an architect qualification, I have knowledge of landscape regulations and laws, so the story was smooth.
I checked the site for the actual construction, but it was a polite construction without any problems. In particular, I felt that I had a hand in a small part that was hard to notice.
Material management and cleaning at the site are also well done, and overall, it is a very good impression.
Also, I would like to ask if there is an opportunity. It is a reliable supplier.
