広告に掲載されていない物件について、一年近く前よりこの会社に問い合わせをしていました。
年明け2021年2月にいよいよ始動ということで、設計士やICさん等と打ち合わせをし、話し合いをすすめていたところ、突然、他の人に売ることになりましたとこの会社の社長よりしれっと電話が入りました。
しかも、夜8時半近くという、ビジネスシーンではあり得ない時間に、無かったことになりました電話です。
当方、これまで何度か不動産の売り買いを経験しておりますが、ここまで醜くコンプライアンスを完全に無視した会社が、未だに不動産・建築関係には存在しているという事実に呆然となりました。
以前にも、自社物件を建築中に隣家の壁等に傷やへこみの被害を与えたにもかかわらず、『自分に言われても困ると』やり返したそうですので。
表沙汰にならないところでは、常にこういった対応をしている会社なのでしょう。
トップがこうですので、法律や倫理観等守りながらの企業活動を疎かにしている会社であるのは間違いないです。
今後こちらとお付き合いを検討されている方々は、様々なシーンで写真、音声録音等で証拠を残し十分注意されることをおすすめします。
自らを正当化するためか知りませんが、今回私が横取りされた物件を買う人の個人的な事情もペラペラとお話されていました。
まあ、全てにおいて残念な会社です。
