1‐2階には無料展示スペース「首都高MMパーク」（見学自由）も6月に開設。パトロールカー、標識、トンネル、非常電話など防災・安全に関する展示や首都高の歩み、技術などを紹介しています。
桜木町駅前の動く歩道から分岐して横浜銀行本店ビルまで接続されていた歩行者デッキが当ビルにも延伸され、さらにぴあアリーナMMの2階デッキまで途切れることなく接続されています。
In April 2021, we moved from near Higashi-Kanagawa Station to a new building (10 stories) in the 38th block of the Minatomirai district (adjacent to Pia Arena) near the entrance to Minatomirai on the Metropolitan Expressway Kanagawa No. 1 Yokohane Line.
A free exhibition space "Shuto Expressway MM Park" (free to visit) will open on the 1st and 2nd floors in June. Exhibits related to disaster prevention and safety such as patrol cars, signs, tunnels, and emergency telephones, as well as the history and technology of the Metropolitan Expressway.
The pedestrian deck that branched off from the moving walkway in front of Sakuragicho Station and was connected to the Bank of Yokohama Head Office Building has been extended to this building, and is further connected to the second floor deck of Pia Arena MM without interruption.
