む	むーもー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷すぎる…. 縮毛矯正をかけました。他のお店でかけてもらった時は一年は持ちましたがここはわずか3日で取れました…。忙しくて美容師が２人しかおらず次々くるお客さんに手抜きせざる得なかったのでしょうね。それなら縮毛矯正断って欲しいです。トリートメント含めて9000円くらいかかりましたが無駄になりました…。通常のお店はシャンプー→薬投与→流す→ブロー→アイロン→薬投与→流す→ブロー→アイロンだと思うのですがこちらのお店は固定剤は使わない手抜きのようですね。薬の投与は一回のみで全然縮毛矯正かかりませんでした。ブローも機械でやっていてゴワゴワになりましたし髪がむしろ傷んでしまいました最悪でした。カットも望んでない謎のボブにされ領収書が欲しかったのにレシートすら貰えませんでした。もう二度と行かない金返せ！！追記→その後別の立派な美容院へ行ってこの話をしたところ縮毛で固定剤を使わないのはありえないと言われました。固定剤を使わない(二回薬を投与しない)ということは髪の成分がずっと流れ落ちてることですよと言われたのでこちらの美容院のせいで私は次の美容院に行くまでずっと髪を痛めてたみたいです。髪を大事にしてる方は絶対にやめた方がいい。安く切りたいだけというなら止めませんが。 Too cruel .... 7	707 “‪ふろっしゅ‬” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性のあるスタッフが毎回接客が酷く施術もいいかげんでメンタルがへこみました。人をみて適当にやっても大丈夫そうな人には対応が歴然と悪い！男性の店長さんは丁寧でカットのみでも要望にしっかり応じてくれて時間もかけてくださるので、男性の店長さんだけは満点です。が、女性スタッフの特にある1名の方が酷い！！！！カットのみだったのですが、お客さんが混んでいたこともあって、15分程度で終了。パツンパツンと長さきって、レイヤーもシャギーもお願いしてもいれてもらえず、あげく「は？いれるとおかしい髪形になりますよ」という趣旨の暴言はいて、調整をしぶって、それでもお願いしたら露骨にいやそうな顔して不機嫌マックスでちょっとだけ調整。それを何度かお願いしてなんとかカットしてもらうとしたら、鬼の形相になってまじで怖かったので、変ないまどきありえないおかっぱおばけみたいな髪形でもういいですといいました。接客中は最初の挨拶と終わりの挨拶と、途中これでいいかと聞く質問以外一切発言なく愛想もなく、ほんとうに怖かった。トラウマになるほどで、この人が怖い。口コミが他サイトでよかったので試しにいったら、店長さんの時は腕も接客も値段以上でよかったのに、この女性は切らなかったらよかったという後悔の髪形にされたのと、酷い暴言嵐で、メンタルが壊れました。店長さんには申し訳ないですが、他のスタッフの接客技術がひどすぎるのでこの低評価にさせてもらいました。 Every time a female staff member was greeted with bad customer service and the treatment was good, my mental dented.
