★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分が飲んでる薬の管理や、ジェネリック医薬品への対応をしてくれます。しかし、ここ最近システムが変わったとの理由で、アンケートをガッツリ書かされるようになった。当初は協力的な気持ちでいたが、お薬手帳を忘れたと言う患者さんに、手帳に貼るようにとシールを渡し、毎回きちんと提示している私と支払い時の負担が同じ。提示していないのだから、手帳が無いと同じで、その場はきちんと負担してもらうのがスジなのに。事務の人と薬剤師の間が、きちんと繫がってないのでは？最近は、特に不快感しかない。薬局内には、薬剤師さんの強めの言葉が響いて居心地が悪い。
