★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師のおじさんがとてと感じが悪くとても威圧的で高圧的な態度でした。ただ薬の事で質問しただけなのにすごく長く説教されているような感じで、回答が聞きたかった事とずれていたので話しかけても無視して話し続け、話し終わったらすっと居なくなってしまいました。本当に不快でなりません。他にも腹が立つ事は沢山ありました。もう絶対、二度と利用したくないです。お隣の小児科で処方された薬を貰いに利用してましたが、遠くて不便でも違う薬局にお願いする事にします。

I used the medicine prescribed by the pediatrician next door, but I will ask a different pharmacy even if it is far and inconvenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おじいさん薬剤師が嫌な感じでした。
本人は丁寧に説明してるつもりかもしれませんが、いまいち要領がつかめず話だけが非常に長く、そういうのはお医者さんじゃないとわからないんじゃないかなーと思いながら聞いていました。
しかし上の子は具合悪いし下の子も長くは待てないので「それは元々飲んでる薬をお休みするってことですか？」と確認して早く話を終わらせようと思い「それは元々飲んでる薬をお休みする…」まで言いかけたところで「それはお母さんが判断することじゃありません。医者に電話で確認してきます」と威圧的な態度で言われました。
周りの人も驚いたようで、恥ずかしかったです。
そんなことわかってるんだけどなー、最初からすぐ電話するべきだったんじゃないかなー、あのまま長々と話に付き合えばよかったのかなー、と、非常に不快な気分になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のおばさん(最年長)態度悪っ。
毎回嫌な態度だったけど、久しぶりに利用したら
すっごい感じ悪い事言われた。
他のお母さんに対してすっごいニコニコ話をしていたりしているのを見た事あって、人によって態度変えてるんだなって思いました。
別にニコニコしてもらわなくていいですけど、
感じ悪くしか対応できないんだったら他の受付の方に来てほしいです。利用する度に気分悪くなります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの薬局さんの隣の小児科で診察してもらった際にいつも利用しています。
毎回利用する度、何か違和感と言うかモヤモヤしていました。
やっとその理由に気付きました。
ここの薬局の受付の方は挨拶がありません。
処方箋と保険証、お薬手帳を受け取る際も無言です。
他の薬局さんでは「お預かりします」や「お待ち下さい」と言います。
挨拶って基本ですよ。
基本も出来ないなんて恥ずかしいことです。

I finally realized the reason.
The receptionist at the pharmacy here does not have a greeting.
It is silent when you receive your prescription, health insurance card, and medication notebook.
Other pharmacies say "I'll keep it" or "Please wait".
Greetings are basic.
It's embarrassing that I can't do the basics.
