A sales man who has been in charge for many years. Not only that person, but all the staff, including women, are all reliable people, and we leave everything to you with confidence. Of course, the customer service manners are also the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでゲレンデを注文していたのに、先に半額入れたと確認済みでゆってきたのに、後々入ってないとかいってきて、お金払ったのに払ってないと言われた。本当にあり得ないです。みなさん気をつけてください。ここの店は変です。謝る気もなし。
I was ordering the slopes here, but it was confirmed that I had put in half the price first, but I was told that I wouldn't come in later, and I was told that I had paid but not paid. 私は過去に20年ほどお付き合いがありましたが販売権か移った関係で現在は他の販売店を利用。
ヤナセにはたまに冷やかし程度に顔を出す程度です。
でも感心すべきはお店の雰囲気です。メルセデス・ベンツを販売しているにもかかわらず、昔からセールスやサービスのスタッフ共に対応に嫌味や気取った感じもなく、素晴らしいと思います。
私が所有の車も以前の様にヤナセで扱って欲しいくらいです?
A long-established imported car dealer in Niigata.
I have had a relationship for about 20 years in the past, but now I am using another store because of the transfer of sales rights.
I only occasionally show my face to Yanase.
But what should be impressed is the atmosphere of the shop. Despite selling Mercedes-Benz, I think it's wonderful because the sales and service staff haven't been sarcastic or pretentious for a long time.
I want Yanase to handle my car as before.
