m	manmacyanko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 突然アイドリングが安定せず不安を感じたままエンジン停止しました。翌日出発しようとキーを回しましたがエンジン始動せずで今回始めてお世話になりました。原因究明から修理完了迄に2週間程掛かりましたがそこは完璧に修理して下さいました。ご担当して頂いたN様をはじめ、スタッフの皆様も気持の良い対応で大変良かったです。 1番点検して欲しかった箇所が今回診断機で見つからなかった点を除けば満点評価です。 Suddenly idling was unstable and the engine stopped with anxiety. I turned the key to leave the next day, but I didn't start the engine and I took care of this for the first time. It took about two weeks from the investigation of the cause to the completion of the repair, but the repair was perfect there. The staff, including Mr. N who was in charge, were very grateful for the pleasant response. It is a perfect score except that the part you wanted to check first was not found by the diagnostic machine this time.

I've never seen a Mercedes dealer like this. Even if customers come to the store, there is no greeting. I don't want to drop even one yen at such a dealer. It is better to close the store or replace all the staff.

The salesman is also a bad guy, so be prepared for a fairly low level of customer service. I will charge about 500,000 car inspections without any hesitation. There is Stern on Tomigaoka, so we recommend that you go there first.
