★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20数年前に始めて購入。結局合計2台購入しました。担当の小泉さん、前田さんに大変お世話になりました。数年ぶりに系列のVW平安でゴルフGTIを購入しました。やはり、大変良いご対応をしてくれます。関西に戻る機会があればまた、購入したいお店です。
Purchased for the first time 20 years ago. After all, I bought a total of two. Thank you very much to Mr. Koizumi and Mr. Maeda in charge. I bought a Golf GTI at VW Heian for the first time in a few years. After all, they will respond very well. If you have a chance to go back to Kansai, this is the shop you want to buy again.

自家用車は国産車で、かつ庶民的な車で行ったからか？応対してくれた若いスタッフ（名刺あり）の接客態度は、足元を見た最悪な応対で、とても×100倍以上・・・不愉快な気分になりました。（星１つも付ける価値なし）
今後は二度と行くことなく、ヤナセで購入することにします。

Is it because the private car was a domestic car and a common car? The younger staff member (with business card) who responded to me was awful, when I saw my feet, and I felt uncomfortable. (Not worth a star)
From now on, I will buy it at Yanase without going back.

It was my first visit to the store, but it was polite and kind from telephone reservation to actual reception. Also, I am deeply grateful for the cause of the AMG error that I was worried about → I was able to respond on the same day. Furthermore, it was completely exhausted with taxi tickets.
When I came to Kyoto, I felt that it was the best of all the shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボルボに電話して、車の予約入れるのに電話して貰って、後から京都中央さんから、電話有りますって事でしたが、全然お電話無くて、またボルボの人から、連絡貰って京都中央さんが、二回お電話したとの事だったけど、実際は連絡無くて、なんて接客態度の良くない京都中央さんかなぁって思いました。ボルボは、従業員の方全部が、愛想良く親切でした。
第二弾 予約して当日メルセデスベンツ京都中央さんに行ったら、電話したって言ってた人が、来られて、２回電話したとの事でしたが、電話しても、出られなかったと言う事だったので、今、電話してみて下さいって主人が、言って電話して貰ったら、電話掛かり、電話したって事は嘘❗️電話出来なかったら、出来なかったって言って貰ったら、それで良かったのに！でも後から京都中央さんの、社員の中塚さんが、案内してくれて、中塚さんは、言い方でした。電話したって言った人には、１時間ぐらい文句言いました。中塚さん有難う御座いました。

It was a thing, so please call me now. If my husband said and asked me to call, I would call, and it was a lie that I called ❗️ If I couldn't call, if I couldn't, that's okay. But was! But later, Mr. Nakatsuka, an employee of Kyoto Chuo, guided me, and Mr. Nakatsuka was the way to say it. I complained to the person who said I called for about an hour. Thank you, Mr. Nakatsuka.
