車に不備が出てきて、相談しても返ってきた返答は、自分達が調べた時には一切そういった事は無かったと反論してきた、普通ああ言った事が有れば、そう言ったお客様の声があった事を工場にお伝えしますが、正しい返答だと思うのだが、一切聞き入れることもなく、突っぱねしかもその内容を、記入したシートも渡さず！証拠隠蔽信じられない！二度と購入したくない！トヨタってそんなお店なんですね！
