高	高木順 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめての麺屋徳の中華そば。中（300g）¥700に味付け玉子￥100をトッピング。（ちなみに小は200gで￥600、大は400gで￥800）麺は中太縮れ麺と平打ち麺の間くらいで弾力があり食べ応え満点。スープは甘味が感じられるあっさりスープ（肉・野菜・ニボMIX!?）。（テーブルに”しょうゆだれ”があるので足せば濃くなる!?）私は薄味が好みなのでそのまま頂きました(^^)。繊細な出汁は胡椒なしの方が楽しめます。雰囲気は佐野ラーメンに近い感じ？メニューには濃厚、味噌、つけ麺などもあったので、次回以降も楽しみです。浪館通りモスバーガーの向かい側ちょっと海手寄り。駐車場あり。 The first noodle sotoku Chinese soba.
