★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with family of 5 (3 adults and 2 children of 7 and 12 years old) and was charged otoshi/appetiser of 650yen per person (650x5) on top of our bill of 7000yen. First time getting charged for otoshi. I understood the rational but is this the normal rate, nearly 50% of my actual food prices?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge us appetizer without explaining when we entered the place. It cost more than what we ate. They also charge the kids the same price as adult for that appetizer. Around 680 yen per person...so for 4 persons we must paid 2720 yen only for small appetizer. Not worth to visit. They cheated tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get in this place. Charged ¥680 per person without the order for the one piece of small piece of fish, mushroom and squid. I ordered 360ml sake, but it is a less than 200ml. it is a dishonour shop. Don’t go.

Worst dining experience in Japan EVER!! They served us with a grill that has 5 pathetically tiny pieces of fish, 5 pieces each of mushroom and squid, without us ordering them. When questioned they just told us how to eat them, so we thought it’s like a tsumami thing that sometimes Japanese restaurants offer. It wasn’t until I paid and saw the receipt that they charged us 680 yen EACH for this dish!! It’s sick enough the restaurant chooses to con foreigners this way, but at least you could have the decency of serving up something that’s remotely close in value to the freaking 3400 yen you charged!!! Shame on you!!!
