以前、車の条件が良かったので購入をさせて頂きました。少しでも安く購入したかったのですが、結局上手いこと付属品をつけて、総額を合わせてきます。メンテナンスパックとかいらなかったのに…
車以外、スタッフの方の対応等、1つもいい印象はありません。
購入前は何度も連絡が来るのに、いざ購入した後はさっぱり連絡がなかったです。
書類や入金など、お店の都合で言われた通りに無理をして動きましたが、まったく連絡がなかったです。不安になりこちらから連絡をすること数回…
連絡がないことに対する謝罪はなく、担当者が不在なので折り返すと言われても数日連絡が来ませんでした。スタッフの方皆さん来店時の挨拶もありません。最初の商談時以外飲み物も出てこず、結構待たされるのですごく喉が乾きます。笑
購入を決めた途端上から目線になるのかなと思いました。
納車までの時間は本来ならばすごく楽しみなはずなのに、このお店は今後の付き合いはどうでもいいんだなとガッカリしました。たくさん良い車があるのに残念です。上司らしき方もそんな対応なので、何も言う気もせず、無事納車がされればいいやと半ば諦め納車の日を迎えました。 良い車に出会えましたが、知人に紹介したいとは思えませんでした。
