★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ、外車を買うには若くて足元を見られたのでしょうか、見積もりの名前はお客様で、飲み物も無く（家族連れの子供たちがジュースを飲んではしゃいでたのでコロナウイルスの影響ではないはずです。）聞いたことのみに答えるだけで息が詰まりました。
初めてディーラーに行ったのと欲しかった車を見に行くということで、期待も大きかったた分悲しかったです。既に車を所持している友人と行ったのですが、友人もその対応には驚いていました。
結果、新型208が欲しかったのですが、買う気が無いと思われている態度に失望し、中古ですが、他店で買うことに至りました。
購入した中古車は、結果新車と変わらないくらいの値段になりましたが、大きな買い物をなので、接客は大事だと思います。
また、後悔はしてません。
購入した中古車には新車保証継承が有るのですが、鼻で笑われて対応されるのでは無いかと怖く、中川店には行きたくはありません。
このレビューに関しても中川店に改善して欲しい訳では全く無いです。
自分の様にプジョーが欲しくて来店し、ひと押しして欲しい人が、自分の様に落胆して欲しくないだけです。

名古屋から福岡に一時的に引っ越すことになり、点検も福岡のディーラーを紹介してもらえない、１ヶ月たっても何の音沙汰もない
しょうがないのでこれから自分で全てやりますが、二度とここでは買わないし、プジョーのイメージを最悪にしてくれてありがとうございます
車４台目だが、歴代ワーストどころか最低最悪のアフターサービスの悪さ
断言します！ここでは絶対買わないほうがいいですよ！！！

他県のPEUGEOTは接客とサービスが素晴らしかった為に比較してしまった所もありますが、こちらの店舗は非常にお粗末でした。
具体的には、
来店して複数の店員と目が合ってもこちらが挨拶するまで店員は素っ気ない態度をしながら完全に無視（こちらが挨拶して要件のみ伝えたら私の名前入り伝票をすかさず差し出してきたので、店員はこちらを認識していたはずです）。
車検の説明を聞いている最中に斜向い席の店員が声高に笑いながらその場でタメ口で電話をし始めたのでギョッとしましたし、電話中も席を立たなかったので説明がよく聞き取れませんでした。
事前に「車検時に追加料金が発生したら連絡する」との事だったのに全く連絡なしで請求書に追加されていました。
その他諸々ありましたが非常に残念です。
他の方もコメントされていましたが、私の年齢が低いから、もしくは貧相に見えたから足蹴にされたのかもしれませんね。
私の後から来た高齢の男性にはやや過剰な程に媚びへつらうような態度をとっていましたし。
次回からは少し遠くても他の店舗を利用したいと思います。
