他の不動産屋さんに相談しても売却を勧められるだけで決断しきれない状態でした。
知り合いにホームプランナーの杉本さんをご紹介頂き相談した所、売却と賃貸のメリット、デメリットをしっかり教えて頂けました。
教えて頂いた中でも税制優遇について惹かれた為、売却を依頼致しました。
売却活動に関してはスピーディーかつ丁寧なご対応を頂き非常に満足しております。

初めての不動産売却でしたが、値段設定からいろいろと親切に教えていただき、この会社を選んでとても良かったです。
