K	Kanda Gum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下町の老舗中華屋さん。表に立つ看板で「自家製麵」を謳っている。実ははす向かいの麺屋「喜久屋本店」を狙って来たのだが、戸が閉まっていてどうやら閉店してるようだ。（注；その時点では食べログもGoogleマップも廃業にはなっていなかった）で、プランＢのこちらに。混む昼食時はランチセット優先みたいなので、少し時間を外して訪問。でもけっこう混んでた。「自家製麺」を謳ったラーメンを単品で注文。ラーメン単品にはサービスで野菜かき揚げが付いた。麺は…ちょっともっさりしてる完食。スープはうまい！　結局きれいに平らげた。壁に貼ってある「晩酌セット」も気になった A long-established Chinese restaurant in downtown. y	yosss0930mjk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄名港線築地口駅近くにある町中華屋。平日19時過ぎに訪れましたが3分の2ほどの入りで常連らしきお客ばかりという感じでした。客層は男性客が殆どで仕事帰りで呑んでるグループ客1組のみであとは一人客でした。メニューが豊富なのは魅力的でどれにするか迷いますがニラレバ炒めとガーリックチャーハンを頼みました。ニラレバはレバーが臭みなく柔らかく下調理されボリュームもありとても美味しかったです。ガーリックチャーハンの方はにんにくがゴロゴロと入って一緒に炒められたものではなくガーリックチップが乗せられたタイプでその辺は期待していたものと違って残念ですがチャーハン自体は良い炒め加減で美味しかったです。看板に自家製麺と謳っているので次に訪れた際はラーメンを食べてみたいと思います。 A town Chinese restaurant near Tsukijiguchi Station on the Meiko Subway Line.
