ラーメンを特製(+50円)に変えるとスープに玉子を和えてる？濁ったスープで出てきます。
あとニラ、ニンニク、トウガラシスタミナ系に変わる感じ

ラーメンは大陸系のとは違いあっさりとした醤油ラーメンで飲んだ後の締めに食べたくなる味です。
天津飯はかなり好みが分かれる味だと思います。中華餡というよりも甘辛くみたらしのような味でした。
平日の12時ごろにはほぼ満席となっていました。

Unlike continental ramen, ramen is a light soy sauce ramen that you will want to eat at the end of the drink.
I think Tianjin rice has a very different taste. It tasted more like sweet and spicy mitarashi than Chinese bean paste.
It was almost full around 12:00 on weekdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３５年前にじいちゃんと来て以来訪問してみた。店の雰囲気は変わっていない。昔はもっと繁盛していて２階も常時開いてたと記憶していたが今は１階のみ。今は周囲に山程飲食店が出来て昔のようにはいかないのかも知れない。以前の味は覚えていないけど長く続いているお店なだけあってとても美味しかった。じいちゃんは随分前に死んでしまったのでもう一緒に行けないけど懐しかった。
I have visited since I came with my grandpa 35 years ago. The atmosphere of the store hasn't changed. I remember that it used to be more prosperous and the 2nd floor was always open, but now it's only the 1st floor. There are a lot of restaurants around now, and it may not be like it used to be. I don't remember the previous taste, but it was very delicious because it was a long-standing restaurant. Grandpa died a long time ago so I can't go with him anymore, but I missed him.

味が濃いけど、薄めと言えば対応してくれるし、柔軟さがあり、地元では評判の中華料理店らしいです。
親子3代？で切り盛りしているところからしても安心安全な料理もありがたいです。
