By the way, this shop has a fairly bullish price in the location of Yonago. Normal curry starts from ¥ 850, and if you add fried food topping, it will easily exceed ¥ 1,200. Is this a lot of confidence? On the contrary, my heart swells in anticipation. (Note: Actually, the belly is bulging) I was interested in chicken cutlets made from Daisen's local chicken, but this time I ordered "Crab cream croquette curry (¥ 1,240) + rice large serving (¥ 110)" that uses crabs from Sakaiminato. The quiet master slowly finishes the fried food. Curry appears in about 10 minutes. Even if it's a large serving, the amount of rice is about the normal amount of CoCo Ichibanya. With this, the normal serving may not be enough. Croquette sits a little on the rice. Curry roux seems to have 21 kinds of spices mixed in, and has a complex taste that makes you feel sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness at the same time. The system is European-style, but it seems to incorporate the element of charring, and I feel an original bitterness. It's not very spicy, but it's definitely spicy. This is delicious. I liked the hard-cooked rice again, and I was able to enjoy it. The crab cream croquette is hot and rich. The flavor and umami of the crab are perfectly trapped, making it a truly first-class product. If you soak the curry, you may not understand the taste, so I just used it as a side dish of rice. The unique tension created by the unfriendly husband, such as unscrupulously and silently offering the menu, is widespread in the store, creating a tense atmosphere. Even in this price range, there is no Fukujinzuke on the table, and the service power is one step further. It would be nice if you could put it for free at least, and get closer to the customers.
