料理は美味しいですが忙しいのか対応が遅かったです。一階はお寿司屋さんがメインになってるようでそちらが混んでると2階が少しバタバタするみたいです

このエリアなら当り前と思っていたカニ料理が全く無かったのには驚いてしまった。メニュー掲載のカニ料理写真は外して頂きたい…思わせぶりはチョンボだ…店員の方や大将と思われる方、外からの観光客にもう少し愛想よくした方がよいと思います…
私は日本の殆どの都道府県に仕事で行きましたが、残念ながらこのお店の対応から他府県では感じなかったほど米子のimageダウンを感じました。それほどそっけない対応…田舎ならではの優しさは全く無かった。素直にそう感じました。
サービス業としてお店側にはもう少し、いやもっともっと努力してくださいと言いたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和ビストロかぶら倶楽部とは姉妹店の和食のお店です。和ビストロ～でも魚料理も出ますし、こちらもお肉料理も若干出ます。和ビストロ～と違ってお昼はやっていないようです。
夜は単品に加え飲み放題付きのコース料理もあり、ちょくちょく利用させてもらっています。
コース料理で面白いのが出てくる順番です。
まずは小鉢の前菜が出るのですが、次には陶板焼きが出て、次にはサラダ、刺身、茶碗蒸し、焼き物、ご飯もの、汁物、デザートという順番です。
とは言え、刺身はそれぞれの魚に合った熟成がなされ、口の中で溶けるような食感で最高です＼(^_^)／日々種類が違います。
茶碗蒸しは和ビストロ～と同じく、具材はフルコース。
焼きはノドグロが定番となっており、やや小ぶりながらお酒に合います。
陶板焼きは今回牛肉にしていただきました。柔らかくて美味しいです。
地の魚のお寿司も美味しいなあ。
冷凍でない境港のまぐろ、境港サーモンは味が濃いです。
刻印の入った卵焼きももちろん手作り。
味噌汁はしっかりあらが入った本物です。
間違いのないお店として和ビストロかぶら倶楽部と合わせておすすめします。
