ゆったり、のんびり運動できて良かったけど、
意外にも親子連れのファミリーや、友達同士がプールにいて、、
子供さんもジムに居るんだなーと。。
お風呂場とかの雰囲気も、お子さんいるとすこしかわりますね。。
高層階から、見下ろして
ドライサウナ過ごしたり、
風呂入ったり。
気持ちよく過ごせました
体組成計も、久しぶりに測れました(^^)♪
高額なので、もう、行けることはないでしょう。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会員です。綺麗・清潔ですし特にプールがお気に入り。設備は素晴らしいです。サウナもありますし、汗を流した後は広いお風呂でサッパリ。ただ会員は高いし会員になっても毎回1,000円は必要。体調が悪いので一年間一回しか行けない年も年間約28万円必要です。また休会するから退会するか…悩み中です。休会費も高額ですから?
