土曜日ランチをいただきました。入店までかなり待つこと覚悟をしていましたけれども、幸運にもスムーズに着席できました。落ち着いた店内でサクサクの天ぷらを楽しみました。程よい上品なボリュームでした。
I had lunch on Saturday. I was prepared to wait a long time before entering the store, but fortunately I was able to sit down smoothly. I enjoyed the crispy tempura in the calm shop. It was a moderately elegant volume.

名鉄百貨店本店9階レストラン街にある天麩羅専門店。 ランチで利用、ランチ天ぷら(税込1850円)は海老はチョッと小ぶりですが、サクサクで美味しく頂きました。

エビの足から始まり、茗荷の天ぷらまで全て美味しかったです。箸で天ぷらを小さくしようとしていたら、全て包丁で小さくカットして下さいました。揚げたてをカウンターで食べられる幸せ??

揚げたての天ぷらが食べれるお店。 2人で1.5〜2万円もあれば軽く飲んで食べれてしまうので非常にコスパ良い。 これより数倍の値段をとる天ぷら屋も行ったが、高級食材の有無が違うだけで、技術の大きな差は無い(と思う どのネタも塩で食べるのがベター。タレ×大根おろしはお酒のツマミかな。いやな油の感じも無いし塩でいいと思う。 タレが美味しいネタはその旨つたえてくれる。 定番ネタと旬の食材を織り混ぜて出してくれるのは嬉しいね。 大将はお若いが食材に精通しており、トークも軽快、非常に丁寧な方でまた会いたい。なんならプライベートで会ってみたいw

Too much fried tempura bit brownish May be the oil was too much used, also it’s was salty I paid ¥1500 for lunch, overall the food didn’t match the price. :((

I came here for lunch because I’m familiar with this chain resto. The taste is good but not as good as the ones in Tokyo. It’s more about their frying technique, I think.
