★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は不動産の三代目後継者であり、第一期の受講生として、どのようにして不動産経営を学んでよいのか分からないことから、2014年に学校を創設しました。私も後継者の一人ですが、後継者が多いので、すぐに「不動産を売ればいい」とか「不動産投資情報があります」いった話に流されず、しっかりと中長期目線で経営を考えています。セミナーや勉強会ではそのような優良な情報が集まりにくいため、本当にその情報が正しいのかを見極めるうえでは学校で学ぶ機会が大切だと感じています。
受講生は2人に1人がオーナーです。業者や士業もたくさん受講しています。私は今でもビル、アパート、マンション、駐車場を経営するなかで、プロの講師に仕事の相談をしています。
通期スクールでは、６カ月の期間のなかで、オーナー同士で話し合ったり、業者に解決策を聞いたりします。たとえば、不動産管理のことであれば「管理会社」、賃貸募集のことであれば「仲介会社」、税金や節税のことであれば「税理士」といったかたちです。だれの言葉が正しい、信じたほうがいいというよりも、セカンドオピニオン、サードオピニオンを専門家から聞ける機会というのが大切だと感じています。
ぜひ不動産のことに興味がある、何から学んでよいか分からない、せっかく親から不動産を引き継いだから経営を考えたいなど、中長期的に勉強していきたい方にはぜひおすすめします！
