★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神奈川県大和市のモデルハウスを見に行きましたが、都合の悪い質問をすると、大袈裟な事を言って、自分に都合の良い話しに持っていかれました。一戸建ては6000万以上かかるとか、リフォームはマンション買う以上に高いだの、30年後の修繕費積立が4万近くかかる事に対し、そんな事いってたら家買えませんよとの事です。信用できません。
