★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ年季の入った施設ですが、利用自体は問題ないです。体育館も普通に使えました。自動販売機は1Fの受付にあります。
 The facility is quite old, but there is no problem in using it. The gymnasium could also be used normally. The vending machine is at the reception on the 1st floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At ¥300 for a drop in visit to the gym, and ¥3,600 for a month pass, it is a great deal. I wish they opened earlier in the morning though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym and good outdoor poor. It's 300 yen for the workout area with treadmills and weights, etc. and 200 yen for the outdoor pool (summer only!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downstairs, public pool. Upstairs, public gym, JPY 300 admission for adults. Pay fee at the vending machine, then hand the ticket to the attendant. Use another JPY 100 coin for the locker deposit. Mostly Cybex equipment, limited free weights, the usual cardio hamster mills. Good to maintain, the more ambitious will head to Gold's Gym in Harajuku or the like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried it once, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The minute I was inside the gym and the staff was “explaining” how the gym works an old man just pushed me and didn’t apologize. After that, the other staff couldn’t stop staring the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable that I went to the bathroom and the staff followed me and pretended to mop the floor just to check what was I doing. This is definitely not a foreigner friendly place and if you don’t like being stared at, this is not the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to play TT, go and many more. It's closed on Mondays. 100 yen for an hour of TT is really cheap in Tokyo. Check out their calender or call them to find availability as they sometimes book the whole place.
