C	Camila Muller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great attention, went there without previous appointment because of an emergency, I had no Japanese insurance. The doctor and staff speak English and helped me without problems. The price of the consultation was around 30 USD (if you need the certificate to show your insurance it will cost you also around 30), I really recommend this clinic.

I am treated for rosacea and the first prescriptions by the doctor did not help, but we tried something else and my condition got better so I am very grateful. I also got rid of a birth mark kind of thing and I am very satisfied with service.

Reading the reviews here, I was surprised to find the doctor not very receptive to my explanations on how the skin problem progressed and what has helped so far. It all seemed rather rushed (had about 4 to 5 minutes with her), and one of my skin concerns she just brushed off as "can happen with ageing" without suggesting any solution. I guess at least she didn't push for expensive treatments, but I would have preferred to hear some options. Also, don't come here if you have a problem with lots of people in small rooms. The tiny reception is also the waiting room (~ 10 sqm) and there are up to 10 people in this tiny space.

Highly skilled Doctor offered treatments I hadn't even considered. Excellent English spoken by Doctor & helpful staff. They used my National Insurance in such a way that I paid peanuts for extensive treatments.

I don't regret it one bit. Unlike the previous dermatologist I saw, she was very welcoming, patient, and actually gave me a diagnosis while also explaining why it might have happened. She also took the time to help me with another skin issue I was having. Will absolutely come back again if needed!

The staff is very friendly while the doctor herself is fabulous. She was very willing to prescribe me multiples of the same Rx so I wouldn't need to come back quite as often during the pandemic too. Super considerate!

Her answers were very brief, and it felt like a Q&A session (Just me asking questions met with one-sentence replies). If you’re looking for a doctor who is willing to spend time explaining and giving you advice to address your concerns, this will not be the right place.
