★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝は空いているように見えますが昼間は激混みになり、無理やり突っ込む自転車で修羅場。子供乗せ部分を破壊されました。自転車を大事にする人は絶対利用しないほうがいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR目黒駅から徒歩2分、地下鉄目黒駅からだと2分位でしょうか。駅から近いのにこの料金設定は良心的と思います。最初の60分は無料です、ビル内で屋根があるので自転車、バイクは濡れません。
Is it about 2 minutes on foot from JR Meguro Station and about 2 minutes from Meguro Subway Station? I think this price setting is conscientious even though it is close to the station. The first 60 minutes are free, and the bikes and motorcycles do not get wet because the building has a roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋内駐輪場だけど、かなり安くて良い。ただ、私が利用していた時は、バイク通激戦地ゆえ平日の朝は、油断すると満車になるリスクもゼロでは無さそうです。因みに8:30～9:00辺りだとまだ空いてた様な気がします。ここでは運良く満車で溢れた事は無かったので良かった。
Although it is an indoor bicycle parking lot, it is quite cheap and good. However, when I was using it, it seems that there is no risk of being completely full on a weekday morning because it is a battleground for motorcycles. By the way, I think it's still around 8:30-9:00. I'm glad that I wasn't lucky enough to be full here.

PASMOで払えるところも便利。
私の自転車?は小さいので（20インチ）、上の段には入りませんでした^^;
整備してくれる方に、こっちにどうぞとご案内いただき、無事に駐輪できました。
混んでいるけど、停められないことはないかな、と思います。
200 yen a day is cheap and convenient.

My bike ? is small (20 inches) so I couldn't get into the upper tier ^^;
I was able to park the bicycle safely by having the person who maintains it guide me here.
