It is closed on Friday for some unknown reason which even the staff think is odd. The opening hours could be a lot better. It could definitely open earlier in the morning in order to better serve customers.

The shower room is huge, and has a large, bubbling communal bath and sauna. This is the best gym in Nagoya. One caveat... it's closed all day Friday! Megalos, come on - open on Friday already!
K	KAAPUT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that this is a great gym for everyone. It’s clean and has lots of machine and free weights. But don’t expect it to be a muscle gym. It’s a great place to train either with machines or free weights. There are also dance studios, tennis and golf here. And a very spacious pool. All you want in one place. Make sure you bring a friend that speaks Japanese so the process can go easily. Hope that help you out.
