川	川口雄二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トリミングサロンを利用しました。前回は爪切りのみで男性スタッフの方にしてもらいました。その時は外から見ていても大人しくして爪も綺麗に切ってもらえました。今回は女性スタッフにお手入れ4点セットをお願いしました。・爪切り・パウケア・肛門線絞り・耳掃除の4点です。 30〜40分後に迎えに行くと既に終わったのか、女性スタッフは腰を下ろして、うちの子はケージに入ってました。会計を済ませて引き渡された時に「ちょっとパニックになって暴れて舌も紫色になってきたので、耳掃除ができませんでした。」と言われました。聞いた時に「舌が紫？どう言う状況？首でも締めたのか？？」ってなりました。もともと落ち着きはない子だったのである程度は納得できましたが、何か対応はないのか？って思いました。後日来店した時に耳掃除をする。次回に使えるクーポンを渡す。など何かしらの対応はできたかと思います。それより気になるのが、腰を下ろして外から見る感じでは休んでいるかのように見える状況なら、もう一度耳掃除ができるか試みて欲しかったです。加えて、自宅に帰ってから切ってもらった爪を確認すると深爪しすぎて神経の部分まで切られていました。うちの子が落ち着きないのは知ってます。それでも綺麗に仕上げるのがトリミングサロンのスタッフとしては当たり前のことではないのでしょうか？家から近いトリミングサロンなので今後も利用したいとは思いますが、今回のスタッフには二度と触らせたくないです。 I used a trimming salon.
