 Despite being in the city center, I think the price setting of "free for the first 3 hours, 100 yen every 2 hours thereafter" is very conscientious. Another advantage is that it is located right next to Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Dome City, and the nearby roads are easily accessible by bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no roof, and a bit expensive compared to most parking lots, but pretty accessible, easy to find, 24 hours open, and you can use e-money! There are a couple of parking lots around the laqua and tokyo dome area, but this is like the easiest to find. If you're staying for long, go somewhere else, this will end up expensive.
