★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検診の日に高熱が出てキャンセルの電話をしていたが、何度かけても繋がらず。具合が悪い中10回以上かけたが結局繋がらず。再度予約は別の所にしようと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回続けて受診。１回目、会社に提出するため再度取り寄せたが最初に言われた検査結果が異なる。信用出来ず危ない。
２回目懲りずに受診。婦人科乳癌検診。他の検査病院では外科の先生が診る。きちんと先生がしこりがないか触診するが、座らされて簡単に擦っただけ。おそらく産科の先生であろうおばあちゃま先生に
はこのあとマンモで確認するからいいよねと言われて驚き。恐ろしいので、二度と行かない。
大学病気に二枚の異なる検査結果を見せると信じられないと言われました。

受理するまでのオペレーションに大不満です。
・メールで予約後、連絡がなければとの案内だが、1週間以上レスポンスがない。
・受付時間中なのに時間外とのアナウンスあり。
・本部側のオペレーション対応→電話で受付してメールは普通だけど、郵送はすると意味不明
・検査キットの2重配送
診察する先生が良かったから、継続してましたが、事前対応の不手際がひどすぎる為、
来年からは別のところに変えます。

I am very dissatisfied with the operation until it is accepted.

・ There is an announcement that it is overtime even during reception hours.
・ Operations at the headquarters side → Accepted by phone, e-mails are normal, but meaning is unclear when mailed
・ Double delivery of inspection kit
Since the teacher to examine was good, it was continued, but because the clumsiness of the prior response is too severe,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日吉に人間ドックが有るなんて！知りませんでした。今までは横浜まで出かけていたので、それに比べたら遥かに楽。浜銀通りの駅から結構奥まった場所にあります。
横浜の時は、ロッカーは大部屋でしたが、こちらは4人くらいのロッカーが一緒の小部屋が幾つかあって、狭いけれど誰かとご一緒にはなりません。私的にはその方が嬉しかったです。男性は広めなのかしら？あのスペースは、男性には厳しそうなので。
検診は、システマティックに進み私の場合は1時間半ほどで終了しました。
かなりこじんまりとしたドリンクコーナーもかろうじて有りました。
スタッフの方たちも感じ良く、ストレスも感じずに過ごせました。
結果待ちなので、この後どうなのかまだ分かりませんが。
2019年12月 追記します。
今年の初めに受診して、良かったので上の通り投稿しました。
そして今期、再受診を希望し何回もコンタクトを取ろうと試みましたが反応が皆無です。
電話もメールも繋がりません。
何があったのでしょうか。
夫の会社の健診対象の医療機関の一つでしたので近場でもあり是非お願いしたかったのですが、連絡の手段を絶たれとても残念でしたが他病院にお願いしました。
医療機関として終わっていますね。

Hiyoshi has a Ningen Dock! I did not know. I have been to Yokohama until now, so it is much easier than that. It is in a place quite far away from the station on Hamagin Street.
In Yokohama, the locker was a large room, but there are several small rooms with lockers of about 4 people, but it is small but you can't be with someone. Personally I was happy that way. Are men wider? That space seems to be harsh for men.
The examination went systematically and in my case it took about an hour and a half.
There was also a fairly small drink corner.
The staff were pleasant and I could spend without feeling stress.
I'm still waiting for the result, but I don't know yet what will happen.

I had a medical examination at the beginning of this year and posted it as above because it was good.
In this term, I tried to contact several times in hopes of revisiting, but there was no response.
Neither phone nor email is connected.

３日以内に医療機関からの折り返し電話でもって、予約完了とのこと。
３日待つも返事来ない。
外線ドッグ予約専用電話?に、何度か、時間を変えて電話しても出ない。
代表電話にかけたら、男性が受電。
すごく感じの良い対応。?
「折り返し、予約担当から電話します！」と。
でも、やはり翌日になっても、電話が、かかって来ない?
その翌日、予約専用電話番号、代表電話番号にかけるとやはり電話に出ない。
今度は、ダメ元で、法人用の渉外担当の電話番号へ架電。
あっさり電話繋がり、良い対応。二時間以内に返事欲しい旨伝えた。
折り返し電話は、10 分以内にかかってきたし、すんなり予約取れた。
過去に医療機関自体は、かかったことあり、スタッフ対応良かっただけに、予約がすんなりとれないのだけが問題。
ランチ付き人間ドックは、してないけど。狭いスペースゆえ、あまり動き回ることなく人間ドック受けれるから好きです。
更衣室も、極狭ですけどね！(笑)

The call was returned within 10 minutes and I was able to make a reservation.
In the past, the medical institution itself had taken time, and the only problem was that it was not easy to make a reservation because the staff was good.
I don't have a check-up with lunch. I like it because it's a small space so I can get a medical checkup without moving around too much.
The changing room is also very small! (Lol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3ヶ月ほど前に健康診断の予約の電話をした時は、驚くほど感じが悪くて予約したことを後悔したほどでしたが、当日台風の中伺ったところスタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧で感じが良くて、あの電話は何だったんだ？！と思ってしまうほどでした。
館内は清潔で、男女共用でもそこまで気になりませんでした。
何よりいちばん素晴らしかったのは採血担当の看護師さんです。
最初から目を合わせようとしない姿に？？と思いましたが、自分が血管が出にくい体質で、いつも採血には本当に時間がかかる所をイッパツでキメて頂きました。
こんなに早く採血が終わったのは久しぶりでした。ありがとうございました。
来年もまたここで健康診断をお願いしたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっとこちらにお世話になっていましたが、2019年は皆さんと同様、申し込んでもずーっと音沙汰なし。健康保険組合に相談してやっと連絡がとれました。
健診の当日の対応はいつもと変わらず、素晴らしいものでしたが、血液採取の直前、次は自分が呼ばれると思いながら待っていると「あ〜あ嫌だな」と、採血担当の方の大きな声でのつぶやきが聞こえました。今年は他で健康診断を受けようと思います。

会社の健康診断で予約していたので、
精算の際に受付の若い女性の方に方に領収書をお願いしたところ、
宛先も聞かれないまま、私の名前で渡されました。
宛先が会社名でないと申請できないので、
宛先変えていただくようお願いしたら、
特に返事することもなくとてもめんどくさそうに対応してくださりました。
一応受け取る際に、ありがとうございます。とお声がけしましたが、こちらをチラッと見ただけでそのままシカトされました。
最後の受付の対応以外はとても満足でした。
