★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に診察して頂き安心できました。待合室も再診以降は予約制のためか
空いていて快適です。今後も利用させていただきたいです。MRI検査の説明だけは、所要時間とか大きい音が鳴るタイミングなど教えて欲しかったです、後がつかえていてもトイレを我慢するべきではありませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年ぐらい前に電車でぶっ倒れたのをきっかけにこちらでMRIと診断を受けました。脳神経外科のイメージで最初は選びましたが、最近は膝のMRIをとって貰って紹介状書いて貰ったりしたし、現在は月1で鼻炎の治療で通ってます。とりあえず不安な事は相談しにこれる場所って感じです。
分かんない事とか聴けばしっかり答えてくれるし、先生もスタッフさんも優しいんでオススメです。

I chose it at first because of the image of neurosurgery, but recently I got an MRI of my knee and got a letter of introduction, and now I am going to treat rhinitis once a month. For the time being, I feel uneasy as a place to consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呼吸内科に行きたく、医療機関検索サイト「EPARK クリニック・病院」で検索。「世田谷区、呼吸器内科」で検索すると77件中常にトップで表示されるため、クリニックのホームページにある、現状当然の要請「上記の症状がある場合には受診の前にまず以下に相談してください」に従い、まず「世田谷区帰国者・接触者電話相談センター」に相談、それから当該センターで教えていただいた検索サイト「東京都医療機関・薬局サービス ひまわり」でこちらのクリニックを確認し、EPARK クリニック・病院サイトからの「電話問合せ」ボタンから電話。すると、「脳神経外科が主なので、（熱がなくとも咳がある場合）お断り」しているとのこと。
ホームページにその旨を明記していただくか、呼吸器内科を案内から外していただけると勘違いせず、時間を無駄にしなくて済むのにな、と残念に思いました。が、産業医としては、咳があれば断るのが正しい在り方なのかもしれませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリニックまで片道1時間かかりますが、かかりつけにしています。
先生はとても丁寧に診察してくださり、抱えていた頭痛症も改善されました。看護師さん、技師さん、受付の方、皆さんとても親切です。助産師さんがやっている鍼灸も併せて受けていますが、クリニックで鍼灸も受けられるところなんてなかなかないと思います。MRIやエコーなど、すぐに検査が受けられ、当日結果を教えてくれるところも、結果を聞くために足を運ぶ必要がなくありがたいです。
平日の夕方など混んでいる時間帯もありますが、加湿器や空気清浄機が設置してあり、感染対策も配慮があるところは安心できます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍なので良くなったらと、のびのびにしていた健康診断の期限が3/31までだったため、慌てて予約をいれました。
しかも、以前から頭痛があったため、脳のMRIも健康診断にプラスしてみていただきました。
無理を言ったにもかかわらず、先生はじめ病院の方全て嫌な顔も態度もせずに対応して下さりました。
入口で非接触のサーモカメラ体温計測器、アルコールは至る所にあり、院内は開院してあまりたっていないのもありますが清潔ですし、コロナ禍でも安心して通院できます。
現在は、母もお世話になっております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首から肩にかけてリンパ痛のような症状があり受診。特に説明もなく血液検査とレントゲン、心電図をとる。なぜ血液検査？と聞くと血液から色々わかることもあるとしか回答なし。問診中に喉の痛みがあると言うとMRIも全身撮りましょうとのこと。結果は3週間後と言われ会計は2万円。。
結果を聞きに行くと特に問題なし、だけの回答。MRIの結果は？と聞くと「ああ、見せてなかったっけ。特に問題ないよ。左の頸椎に、ちょっとヘルニアが見えるけど痺れがあるならまた言って」で終わり。3分もかからず。
安くない金額払ってるのでそれに見合う相応の説明をするべきでは。MRIの画像は自費で3000円払えばもらえるとかどこまで金取るのと言う感じ。誠意も何も感じずもう行くことはないでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生の診察に雑な印象を拭えなかったため通うのを止めました。毎月定期的な診察もこちらの話をほとんど聞こうとせずに薬を処方して終わるだけです。呼吸器系で比較的高額な治療を受けていたのですがほとんどフォローなく外部業者任せでした。おそらくその分野にはあまり詳しくなかったのかなと思います。それから風邪に近い症状があった時にPCR検査を勧められて「無料だから」という言葉に押され受けましたが陰性でレシートを見たら料金が引かれていました。説明不足だと思います。このことで不信感が強まり待合で一時間近く待たされたことで苛立ちも耐えきれなくなりました。思い返せば初めの頃に首の検査で怖い思いをして高額のMRIに入ったのですが私が聞くまで結果の説明がなくそこからの不信感です。激しいスポーツもしていて身体的なケアが重要なこともあり親身に相談に乗ってくれる先生を探していたので自分には合いませんでした。あと、患者に対して初回からタメ口を利く医師が私はすこぶる苦手で、もらった薬を飲み始めて症状が改善したことから我慢はしていたのですがやはりこういう人とは相性が合わなかったと思います。スタッフさんは気さくで親切な方ばかりだったし近くで通いやすかっただけにとても残念です。
