こちらから声をかけるも、はい。と言われ、そのまま席を片付け始める。
席の準備をしてくれているのかと待つも、一向に声をかけられないため、別の店員に尋ねたところ、席がいっぱいとの回答
なんのために待ったのか。
店員も何人もいるのに、客が来店して何も声もかけず、本当に飲食店なんでしょうか

ランチにポークソテーを頼んだら、メニューにはなんとかソースと書いてあるが仕入れたばかりの新鮮なお肉なので塩こしょうが1番美味しいと思います、と提案してくださり迷わずそれで！と。
出てきた豚肉は本当に美味しくて、塩こしょうで十分に堪能できました。
お肉はかなりのボリュームです。
自家製パンがお代わりできます。焼きたてで出てくるのでとーっても美味しいです。
ホールのお姉さんがとても感じが良いです。
そしてシェフがかなりのイケメン。
予約はできますが、前菜とデザートがつくBコース固定になってしまうので要注意。
(前菜もかなり美味しかったけど、お値段がかなりかわります。)
二ヶ領用水側にはテラス席もあります。
国道側と両側に出入口がありますが、まるで違う店のように雰囲気が全然違います。

There is also a terrace seat on the Nikaryō Waterway side.
There are entrances on both sides of the national highway, but the atmosphere is completely different, just like a different store.
Nikaryō Waterway is definitely fashionable lol

黒毛和牛はとても柔らかく上品な味わいでした。肉味噌チーズはノンアルとの相性が良く、フリットは外がかりかりとしていて美味しかったです。
写真を撮り忘れるほど美味しかったのは、リエットという料理で濃厚な味わいがクセになり、また食べたいと思わされました。

2017年8月に武蔵小杉にオープンしたお店で、北口から南部沿線道路を10分ほど歩いた小杉御殿町の交差点近くにあるお店です。
店内はテーブル席・カウンター席・テラス席にわかれており、テラス席はペットOK。
ベビーカーの横付けも可能、キッズチェアはありませんがベンチシートに置いて使うバンボがありました。
窓からは二ヶ領用水がよく見えるので、春は食事をしながらお花見ができます。
ちょうど河津桜が咲いており、テラス席からは夜でも少し見えました。
店内にはプロジェクターがあり、夜はお酒片手にスポーツ観戦で盛り上がれそうなお店です。
この日は、4,400円のヒラソルコース（黒毛和牛A5赤身などお得な全8品＋乾杯スパークリング）をお願いしました。
4歳・2歳の子供たちには追加オーダーも考えましたが、結果としてシェアでちょうどいい分量でした。

●前菜（生ハム・モルタディッラ・ナポリサラミ）
●鶏のレバーパテ
●旬のサラダ
●から揚げ・フライドポテト
●メイン（A5ランク黒毛和牛赤身＆大山鶏のモモ肉）
●ヒラソル特製ミートソース
●ティラミス
メインは牛ステーキと鶏モモ肉が両方食べられるのでお得！
黒毛和牛はやわらかく、鶏モモ肉は皮パリ＆中がジューシーでおいしかったです。
ヒラソル特製ミートソースは牛肉が使われており、こだわりを感じる絶品パスタでした。
どのお料理もボリュームたっぷりでおいしく、この内容で4,400円はコスパ◎です。
緊急事態宣言中は20時でお店が閉まってしまうので土曜日18時の予約時点では満席、週末は予約必須です。
小さな子供連れのご家族も何組かいたので、子供がいても外食しやすいお店でした。

I went to "MEAT BAR GIRASOL" by using the points of Go To Eat.
This shop opened in Musashi Kosugi in August 2017, and is located near the intersection of Kosugi Gotencho, which is a 10-minute walk from the north exit along the Nanbuensen doro.
The inside of the store is divided into table seats, counter seats, and terrace seats, and pets are allowed on the terrace seats.
It is possible to put a stroller sideways, and although there is no kids chair, there was a bamboo that can be used by placing it on a bench seat.
You can see the Nikaryō Waterway from the window, so you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing while eating in the spring.
Kawazu cherry blossoms were just in bloom, and I could see a little from the terrace seats even at night.
There is a projector inside the store, and at night you can enjoy watching sports with a drink.
On this day, I asked for a 4,400 yen Hirasol course (8 great deals such as Japanese black beef A5 lean meat + toast sparkling).
I thought about additional orders for children aged 4 and 2, but as a result, the amount was just right for sharing.

The main dish is beef steak and chicken thighs, so it's a great deal!
The Japanese black beef was soft, and the chicken thigh was juicy and delicious.
Beef is used for Hirasol's special meat sauce, and it was an excellent pasta with a feeling of commitment.
All dishes are generous and delicious, and with this content, 4,400 yen is a cospa ◎.
The shop closes at 20:00 during the state of emergency, so it is full at the time of reservation at 18:00 on Saturday, and reservation is required on weekends.
There were several families with small children, so it was easy to eat out even with children.

ペペロンチーノを頂きました。
ペペロンチーノは、味が上品で物足りなさを感じたので、オイルやスパイスが無いか聞いたら、激辛スパイスを提供して貰えた…が、かなり辛くてパンチがでて大満足でした。
お陰でBEER✕3いっていい感じで帰宅しました☆
