★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に利用させてもらいました。お会計後に領収書をもらうのを伝え忘れた事に気がつき、すぐにお伝えしましたが、戦場のような物凄い忙しい時にお伝えしてしまい、自分だったら今のタイミングで言う？と思うくらい忙しい最中、丁寧にご対応頂きました。『ハワイなう』も大変美味しく頂きました。ご注文のお客様の対応も早いのに、面倒な対応にも丁寧にこなすスタッフの皆様は、まさにプロフェッショナルだな❗と思いました。
そんな事を思いながらハンバーガーをかじっている間も行列はどんどん増えていましたが、それは商品の魅力だけではないことを、とても良く理解出来ました。
 I used it for lunch. I noticed that I forgot to tell you that I would get a receipt after the checkout, so I told it immediately, but I told it when I was extremely busy like the battlefield, and would I say it at the current timing? While I was so busy, I received a polite response. "Hawaii Nau" was also very delicious. I thought that the staff, who are quick to respond to customers who place orders, but who are polite in dealing with troublesome responses, are truly professionals ❗.
While I was biting the hamburger with that in mind, the line was steadily increasing, but I was able to understand very well that it was not just the appeal of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混むし、待ち時間があるのは分かるが、もっと、上手くやる方法を考えた方が、自分達の為に、お客さんの為になるはず。
I understand that it is crowded and there is a waiting time, but it should be better for ourselves and for our customers to think of ways to do it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガ★ト、ケ◻️タ、銀◯こ、色々並んでる飲食店の一角にありますが、いつも一番混んでます。イートインも広め&レジ３個なので回転は早いと思います。対応はまずまずってとこじゃないかしら。
It's located in a corner of various restaurants, but it's always the most crowded. Eat-in is also wide and there are 3 cash registers, so I think the rotation is fast. I wonder if the correspondence is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日の夜19:30頃知人を連れて立ち寄ったのですが、他のお客さんを呼び出す直前に、明らかに知人を見て男店員と女店員さんが笑っていました。
少し聞こえた内容では髪の色の事でしょう。とても不快です。
次同じようなことが起こるようであれば、名指しで書かせて頂きますので、対処お願いします。玄関前に置いてある紙にも今度書きます。

本当にありえない人として終わってますね。
