特にある女性店員さんの子連れへの対応が神でした。
優しく素敵な接客のお陰で、ハッピーセットがダブってしまい泣きそうだった幼児もニコニコになりました。

There are many nice clerk!
In particular, dealing with a female clerk with children was a god.
Thanks to the kind and wonderful customer service, the toddler who was about to cry because the happy set was doubled became smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フレスポに行ったときはほぼ利用していますが、今回のレジをやっていた男の人が何度も繰り返し聞いてきてなかなか進まなかった。感染対策で聞き取りずらいかも知れないが隣の女性のレジはスムーズに進んでいた。平日でお客さんが少ないのに随分待たされた。
I mostly use it when I go to Frespo, but the man who was doing the cash register this time asked me over and over again and I couldn't make it. It may be difficult to hear because of infection control, but the lady next door was going smoothly. Even though there were few customers on weekdays, I had to wait a long time.

フレスポ小田原シティモールの1階にある人気のお店です。
お昼時に訪問しましたが、長い行列でしたがスタッフの方々がテキパキとお客さんをさばいてそれほど待つこともなく購入することが出来ました。
「ホットアップルパイ 100円」
「マックフルーリー キットカット ストロベリー 320円」は、甘さ控えめで苺の風味が美味しいアイスでした。

It is a popular shop on the 1st floor of Frespo Odawara City Mall.
I visited at noon, and although it was a long line, the staff were able to handle the customers and buy them without having to wait too long.
"Hot apple pie 100 yen"
"McFleury KitKat Strawberry 320 Yen" was an ice cream with a modest sweetness and a delicious strawberry flavor.
