に	にゃんちゅう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １時間近くかかってやっと買って帰るとバーガー１個足りない。忙しいので持って行くまで１時間以上かかるとのこと。その電話の女の子は態度悪くなかったので怒ることもなく待つことにしたが、１時間半以上経って今から行きますと電話してきた中年女性が電話からして忙しさでイライラしている感じ。来た時もまるでこっちがわがまま言って来させたかのような態度でさすがにこっちもイラッとしてちょっと言わせてもらいましたが、忙しいから仕方ないくらいの態度。ストローやソースの入れ忘れで来させたわけではないんです。これ何度もありますがいちいち電話していません。楽しみにしていたバーガーだったし、忙しいのは目に見えてわかるので、そーゆーこともあるよねーと思いながら電話したのにあの態度はないですよね。かなり不愉快でした。これからはドライブスルーで買っても駐車場で商品確認してから帰った方がいいですね。入れ忘れられたこちらが悪いみたいになるので。 It took almost an hour and I finally bought it and returned home, but I didn't have enough burger. p	pooh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪い！特にマネージャーの女性陣は全員！便利な場所にあるのでよく利用するが、以前新人がカウンターで私の接客をしている時に、後ろから「〇〇くん！」と名前を読んで、後ろから大きい声で説教を始めた。接客中ですよ！非常に気分が悪かったです。今日も私の前の注文が終わった時に「ちょっとお待ちください。」と言われ、接客してた子が商品を用意する側に回り、1人ずーっと待たされ続けました。その間、マネージャーがチラチラこちらを見たけど、忙しいのか無視。ずいぶん経ってからようやく女性マネージャーが「ご注文お決まりですか？」と声をかけてきたので「ずっと待ってましたよ！」とこちらもイラっとして答えたら、申し訳ないという態度は一切なく、言葉遣いも全く丁寧ではなく、「こちらでお召し上がりですか？」ではなく「ここで食べますか？」みたいな雑な言葉遣いでますます不快になりました。楽天のポイントカードも「持ってないですね？」と決めつけて言われ、持ってたので出しましたが、すべてが上からというか偉そうな態度でとても不快です。マネージャーからしっかり接客の基礎を教えたらどうでしょうか？私は学生時代にマクドナルドでアルバイトをしていたので、こういう接客は非常に残念です！！ Poor customer service!
