む	むむみちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、夕方のテイクアウトを昼営業時間内に頼みました。夕方は5時からの営業のため「5時少し過ぎのお渡しになります」と言われましたが、一応5時ちょっとに一番乗りでお店に行ったところ、「テイクアウトは原則5時半からです」と電話と違うことを言われました。しょうがなく車の中で待っていると、後から来たお客さんに食事の提供をしているものの、私が頼んだテイクアウトの商品は5時半を過ぎても出来ず… お店の方からは一言もないまま、45分過ぎまで車の中で待っていました。しびれを切らしてお店の方に「まだですか」と聞きにいくと、「まだです」とだけ言われ、それからさらに15分ほど店内で待ちました。 6時過ぎにやっとシェフらしき人が直接「お待たせしてすみませんでした」と商品を持ってきてくれました。しかし、あまりに時間がかかっていたので、理由を聞いたところ、「一品商品を作り間違えたため、作り直していました」とのことで… 作り間違えが発覚した時点で受け渡しが遅くなることを伝えていただきたかったですし、間違えたもの以外は先に出来てしまっていたので、受け取った時には冷めてしまっていたことがすごく残念でした。また、直接お店に行ったときの話と電話とで違うことを言われたことに不信感を抱きました。(電話対応してくださった方の「少し過ぎ」＝「5時半」ということだったのでしょうか…) 美味しくて好きなお店だっただけに、終始ガッカリでした。 The other day, I asked for an evening takeout during lunch hours.
