下館店では、謝罪もあり親切な対応をしてくれた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私がオーナーなら、地面の塗装をキレイにするかな。車で訪問したら駐車場の古さが気になりました。アスファルトなのかコンクリートなのか駐車場のペンキ？がふるいなぁと感じてしまいました。
最近のマツダさんはプレミアム路線で、新車もスバルさん同様、ホンダ日産より高級感ある車をラインナップしてますよね。
お店にいったら、あらら？と感じました。
店員さんは親切だったのでそこに意識が向かってしまったことが本当に残念でした。
たかだか駐車場ですが、ファーストインプレッションで六割七割きまるとするともったいない
ですよね。
