アルバイトやパートによって知識の差があります。
一人、まったく笑わない真顔の店員さんがいて怖いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーニング自体は安いなりだと思いますが、店員2名の態度が酷い。ハンガー回収のために持ち込むとすごく嫌そうな顔をされるし、クリーニング物の預かり方も返却の仕方もとてもぞんざい。近いからと昔からお願いしてたけど行くたび気分悪くなるから、少し遠くても他のところに行こうかと思ってます。
I think the cleaning itself is cheap, but the attitude of the two clerk is terrible. If you bring it in to collect hangers, you will have a very disgusting look on your face, and how to store and return the cleaning items is extremely troublesome. I've been asking for it because it's close, but I feel sick every time I go, so I'm thinking of going to another place even if it's a little far.

ご年配の方、お若いふくよかな方、メガネの方、皆様大変フラットな、抑揚のない接客です。
ハンガーを持っていくと、死んだ魚のような目で「本数は？」と言われます。
事前に本数を確認しましょう。
今まで98円でやって頂いたシャツクリーニングが、突然「ストレッチの効いたシャツはの334円のクリーニングなんで」とのとこと。
特に、すみません〜、本当はそうだったんです…みたいな態度はありません。
本当は334円のクリーニングだったんですが？って雰囲気の態度です。
こちらは、どのような基準で先方がシャツなのか、高いシャツなのかを判断しているか不透明の為、予めハッキリした表などを頂けると判断がつきやすいかなぁと思います。
ユニクロのノンアイロンシャツで334円ですので、ストレッチのあるシャツを出す方は頭の隅に把握していただいた方が良いかと。
媚びて欲しい訳ではありませんが、気持ちよくお願いはできないです。
他のクリーニング屋さんを今後は探します。

I don't want you to flirt, but I can't ask you comfortably.
I'm looking for other dry cleaners in the future.

たまたまなのかも知れませんが、びっくりしました。
と同時にやっぱり嫌な気分になってしまいましたね。
その後(`22.03.10現在)最近のこのお店の接客は見違えるほど良くなりました。
ですので星４つとしておきます。
ちなみに現在木曜日は休みです。
(当面の間だそうです)
何度も無駄足に終わっています。
